Personelity: Balgar is an extremely mentally unstable being. He has an insatiable thirst for blood that grows whenever he kills someone. Balgar is also a really horrible pervert and womanizer because he likes to torture women sexually. She doesn't care if the woman is beautiful or ugly, as long as she has a really sexy body, however, this does not prevent him to hurting woman and has even crushed the womens faces. He also has a lack of Humanity because Balagr mercilessly and brutally killed anyone they were then children, the elderly and women. The only thing Balgar can’t stand is that other Executors are trying to tell him to do something, even if they are not his bosses. Balgar doesn’t care about Jerome’s Anti Marines ideology, he just obeys him because he should be killed to any degree. Like many other One Piece characters, he has his own unique laugh , which is " Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah"

History: Balgar's past is unknown, the only thing known is that before joining Anti Marine Pirates, is that he was wanted for the torture, rape, and murder of several women. While hiding in the Marines, and from the governments, Balgar encountered Jerome who recruited him into his pirate crew, Balgart agreed because he could kill anyone and he could not be prevented.
