Flare was formerly a soldier in Satan's army who participated in an experiment that attempted to give Imps artificial Hellpyrokinesis abilities. Unlike the other test subjects, Flare survived but was classified as a failure because his Hellpyrokinesis was not powerful enough in Satan's opinion. Embittered, Flare left the army and became an arsonist thanks to his new ability. Belphegor heard Flare and recruited him into her Special Forces. Flare is a stoic, aloof, confident and focused person who rarely shows emotion. Although he is quite rough and violent, he knows how to be careful.
