Itami Itami is a Paramecia -type Devil Fruit that gives the user the ability to causing others excruciating pain just by touching them, making the user a Torturer Human (Gōmon-sha Ningen).

The ability does not harm the victim, it just exposes the victim's nervous system to 0.07 Volt electrical waves that amplify pain stimuli and pain memory. Even if the ability does not physically harm the victim, the victim can still die from excessive pain if the victim does not have a strong pain tolerance. The user can inflict any kind of pain on the victim, e.g. a hot iron, or piercing arrows. But only those that the user has experienced in his life before, if the user has not experienced e.g. a 100 volt electric shock, then the user cannot produce a 100 volt electric shock pain to the victim.
