Necroman's Quirk Allow him to control the corpses like marionette, with purple smoke what he produces from his hands. Normally, Necroman is able to control one corpse at a time, but when he used Trigger (the Quirk power up drug) he can control hundreds corpses at once.

Bio: Scanner is Director of Reapers, the Finland's largest drug dealer organization. He is one of the few subordinates who knows about Death's past. Necroman understands him best, because he too has experienced what it feels like to be discriminated against and hated by society. Therefore, he is extremely loyal to him and is ready to die to defend him.
