Eight's Quirk allow him to Control tattoos on his body. Once any tattoo is sewn on him, he can telekinetically control it, for example. He can call a tattoo animal on his body to attack, or make a weapon tattoo right and use it. If the tattoo is destroyed while it is outside, it will not disappear but will return back to Eight body

Bio: Eight is member of Anti Quirk Singularity cult (A.Q.S. for short). The only member who takes their job seriously and does not tolerate other members not being serious about their work. Sometimes he beats his comrades for that, even worse than Zero.

PS. if you are wondering why he's not a Casual outfit, then here in my story many villains are only their villain costume. plus i am too lazy To make Casual outfit designs.
