Bio: Steel is minor antagonist, a villain who carry out Stain's ideology in Finland. He was before YouTuber who announced philosophy in the sense that humanity is on the verge of extinction, and they have been replaced by the "monsters" created by evolution (which he means Quirk users). The purpose of his ideology was to make people (Quirk users) accept that they were monsters, and realize that there is nothing shameful about it. Steel was not a very big hero fan, he even loathe heroes. Then he saw Stain's backstory and his ideology, inspired by it, Steel became a villain, and began to implement the Stain's principles by purify the society of false heroes. Steel is very ruthless, but although he carry out Stain's principles, Steel regrets with tears for his actions, even if only for a moment.
