Quirk: Nutrition of Wrath
Stirrer's Quirk allow him to transforms the anger of the people around him into a force that makes him strong and fast, and if there is enough anger he is able, even like Super Regeneration, to heal serious wounds.

Bio: Stirrer is leader of criminal organization Ambrosia. When he found out how his Quirk works, he tested his ability in cage matches where he insulted and provoked his spectators and opponents to be able to make them angry. In one match, he died when his opponent cut his neck out of place, but the anger of the spectators towards him was so great that His Quirk healed his injury and he came back to life. When he realized the potential of his ability, he thought that with an even greater amount of anger, he could become immortal. Stirrer then founded Ambrosia, an organization that aims to brainwash all Finns into angry berserkers, using a genetically modified spice to make Stirrer immortal. Stirrer is totally crazy who does anything to achieve his goals. He always gets masochistic feelings of “well-being” whenever the person around him is angry.
