As that new generation of Pokemon, Pokémon Scarlet and Violet is coming, I decided to create as a fan its own bad guys. Team Havoc is the Region of the story of that game, antagonists. Just like Team Skull and Team Yell, Team Havoc act as petty street thugs, but their purpose is to cause Havoc and chaos throughout the region. They also attack innocent pokemon trainers and steal their pokemons
