New guy! His name is Alexander, and was designed by X0KnightMare0X !
He goes by Alex and despite his appearances, is actually a pretty great guy. He's very much the kind of guy you think is super cool and intimidating, only to find that they're actually shy and really caring once you get to know them.
He resides in the Kingdom of Otland, and the kingdom is basically my version of the UK but magic and horse. Possessing magic in this world is extremely rare, and I think Alex here would have ice-type magic but keeps it secret. There is a strong prejudice against magic users, and so they try not to use it at all if they don't want to become an outcast.
