Description
You can download this, to get this thing in more than twice the shown size. But beware, it's huge!This List is expandable of course, I will have to add many many more characters - canon charas and OCs alike - so expect to see this updated from time to time.
I'm open for suggestions, since I'm not completely sure about the height of most of this characters. Toriyama himself was nowhere near consistent with how large he would draw them.

Also, shouldn't Vegeta & Frieza be about the same height? Unless he managed to have a growth spurt, Vegeta without his hair is around Frieza's height, I think.

They are roughly the same size... when Freeza is in his Final Form. But in his first Form, Freeza was still significantly shorter than Vegeta. He was like, really, really tiny. o.o
I will add Freeza's other Forms as well, then it should be obvious. ^^

I distinctly remember in the manga, when Frieza & Vegeta first had their little "clash" before Frieza transformed, they were depicted as the exact same height, disregarding Vegeta's hair. <_

I'm not sure if he's taller or not here. The fact that they're not on even ground makes it hard to estimate.

Hmm, you are right - they do look the same height even if they're not in the same panel. At least they have the same head to body ratio.
But here's my problem - Freeza Saga Vegeta may have looked like this, but I'm usually referencing his more final designs from the Cell and Buu era. If you look at him later on, his head only takes up about one fifth of his total size, if not less, essentially meaning that he's gotten bigger. In fact, that development is already quite visible in the second page you linked. So yeah, you're quite right - Vegeta DID have a growth spurt.
Then there's comparing both of them to other characters. I'd even say that I exaggerated First Form Freeza's size here, because actually he should hardly reach Ginyu's waist. And I don't think Vegeta is THAT small. o.o
Oh and I'm pretty sure Vegeta and Final Form Freeza are the same height. At least as far as I remember it, they were roughly the same size compared to Goku.

Also, a long time ago, I read a study that said that children who aren't loved are stunted in growth, but if you remove them from that situation, they then grow.....Vegeta had a pretty traumatic childhood, to be sure, so maybe he *did* start growing again around the Android Saga.

And that's ... an interesting theory, but I don't think people randomly start growning again, once they are outgrown. On the other hand, he's a Saiyan, and Saiyans defy all logic by definition, so who knows... -_-
I think it was mostly a matter of art-evolution, though.
I reject the idea of Vegeta having a traumatic childhood btw. Not anymore traumatic than any other kid in Freeza's empire at least. Vegeta in particular, was messed up long before Freeza took care of him.

Anyway, the height chart looks really good. A lot better then any attempts I have made at doing one.
I can say that Chilla's about half an inch/ inch taller then Kuriza is (As well as Pyre), and Faia's about as tall as... well I think I gave her the height of 5'6. Burner's about 6'3. I still need to draw him.... >.<

Males of Burner's race are taller then the females, but very rarely go near or break 6'5 feet in height. Some females can get up to 6 feet but it's rare as well, since they're underground dwellers for the most part.

Looking at the manga page where Cold is first seen...
One panel in the manga shows them standing almost next to each other, so it looks like Freeza is about as tall as Cold's hips by the looks of it.

I'm a huge stickler for character heights. I refuse to add figures to my collection if the scale is off. Overall you did pretty well. Three of them are off enough to mention, the other isn't so bad but I'll say it anyway.
Ghurd - Needs to be a bit smaller, the top of his head should be equal to the top of the brown chest section on Jheese.
Reacoom - Needs to be a bit bigger. The bottom of his chin should touch the top of Ginyu's head.
Butta - Bigger, if he had a nose, it should be equal to Reacoom's hair.
Zarbon - Could probably be a little shorter, Goku's height in comparison to Vegeta.

Oh, thank you! This is really helpfull. I will keep your hints in mind and try to correct this. I'd already been thinking that Recoome and Burter needed to be even taller, but I wasn't quite sure about that.
