Aaand finaly a recent drawing that I´m gonna use for explain why Silver is potentialy a biological risk
The case is simple, Silver has never used, or has not been shown a disinfection system before traveling in time. So he is transporting not only him, but thousands of bacteria and viruses with 200 years of mutations. Which can be dangerous in our time because there is no cure for them.
He also comes from a post apocalyptic future, which aggravates the case lol
(this can also be aplied at reversa, making silver easily gets sick from diseases of 200 years ago by not having antibodies against them because they did not exist in his time
