100 when breeding with the correct type for example say you want the desert version all you got to do is breed this Raymandil with a pokemon that has the desert typing. If you want the Shiny Version breed with a shiny or with another player to increase chance of a Shiny Raymandil special.
So yes unlike most Special pokemon this one allows you to breed right away. Also you can design more Raymandil by breeding this pokemon if you get an Abnormal trait you may design one with what ever colors you wish to.

The two were surprised to run into the legendary pokemon however he was surprisingly easy to capture do to his tender and sensitive nature. The two had almost stepped on the small pokemon and managed to catch him without much trouble.
