Why are there bubbl- oh I see, very sneaky.
I especially like how their hooves sit in the grass instead of over it, it's a nice little detail that really shows your attention to detail! Well, besides the whole picture. Amazing!

I just brush them before I take the pic

I use a colouring shape layer and three shading layers - one for dark shading, above that one one for middle colours (same as real colour) and abouve that one for highlights. In Addition I have a layer on top of that for single hairs. I didn't stream this pic but you can watch this speed paint [link]

Well, a pony would be have hands high of about 140cm, thus a pony leg would be about 1m long, which would be actually longer than my arm. And if the equine's hands high would be smaller than 130cm, it would be a miniture horse
