A mysterious organization found some of Danny Phantoms blood, they used it to make numerous clones, most of which failed.They changed the DNA to try and make the clones more obedient and less likely to turn good, the result were evil clones.
Clone IX was one of the successful ones made, but she was still classified as a failure do to her disobedience, and her escape, she had destroyed the lab during a test and is now free doing the only thing she knows how to.
