Don't ask why Vinny is collarless in this picture. He asked Brian to hold his collar before diving into the swimming pool to retrieve a green rock. Afterwards, he thought that finding said green rock would destine him to find both Brian and Stewie, and the two think so as well.This follows part of a scene I uploaded on YouTube (which is also available in 3D ).
