Just when I thought that dug into everything Tomodachi Life related, it just keeps pulling me back in. Anyway, hidden way in the game's files 8 years after release, there's a hidden secret in the demo build of the game where the Mii will blow his or her nose if they're sick from a cold or sad. A loud honk happening as a result. Occasionally, his or her face would fly off the body and the body would wander around aimlessly looking for its face. The player has two options when encountering this, they can either put the Mii's face back to normal or make the face look like something out of a Picasso painting. The Mii's face will continue that way until the player wipes his/her face off when they're sleeping, and it'll reappear back as normal.
