Description
Walking away from him hurts
I do not look back at him
Standing there near the door
with his brown eyes and skin.

He stood there with his arm stretched out
Not believing that I had walked away!
I should have told him why I left.
Why I couldn't stay.

He tries to call out to me
I keep walking, walking
Trying not to look back at
him, his beautiful lips
his slender body.

He runs after me
grabs me up, trys to
figure me out in the last
minutes... though he had two years.

I try not to look at him
I don't try hard enough.
Our eyes meet... I cry, he cries.
I tell him, it's over.
Over and over again.

I stood strong told him, NO!
Found myself in his arms
under his sheets at the end
of the night for the next
Year!

Back and forth we went
like a little girl with a
daisy,
"I love you, I don't love you,
I love you, sorry I lied",
He told me.

I told him, I'm done!
Never again.
And he walked away.
I was left alone and feeling it
almost four years later!
