Description On the wind comes the desolate waste of being and
on the water floats away...

Down it floats like everything else.
Thoughts, memories, regrets, opportunities
But in the mist of it all we do our best.
Our best, to not liner in the water to long.

It seems the longer you stay afloat
The longer you lose what is important.
Among the seaweed and the rotten fish.
There they float, your dreams, goals,
Your soul, failures, triumphant, our loneliness...

Walk out of the river, sea, lake, or pond
Trying to dry off, to keep the rest of who you are.
Walking away some, you feel the pull.
The pull of emptiness.
Emptying all that you are.

To refill yourself anew.
With experiences not experienced.
Moments not recorded... feelings.
Oh the feelings not felt.
It is this renewal that we enjoy.
What we want and wait for.

The freedom that we receive from this
renewal is to be treasured.
This emptiness is joyous and
Makes us open for all that we need.

But when we feel to overexposed
Or to oversensitive to observe anything.
We will walk to the nearest water outlet
Wade into it and simple let go
Once more of our selves.
