Back in 2010 (wow, 4 years ago?!) I completed a limited influence map on who I believed were my largest artistic influences at the time. It's here: (deems.deviantart.com/art/Deem-… ). This new one, as inspired by Loish's, is a much broader map, going back to when I was only 10, referencing RK Post and Aido's Fallen (#1 and #2), then expanding out in no way chronologically. DeviantArtists like FooRay,
Klar, and Wen M were influential in my early High School years, and then comic artists in my middle-to-late years, such as Mignola, Alphona, and Caselli. Traditional painted and more realistic styles are more my jive nowadays, but it's hard to break from those initial moulds, so it's really fun to trace back influences.
