*SPOILER ALERT*in honor of FMA ending...
Thank you Arakawa, it has been an amazing journey for the past 6 years of my life to follow the story of the Elric brothers.. I will miss it greatly, but am happy that they had a happy ending =.)
*edit: im really happy to hear so many people really liked the ending!!

The ending was wonderful. It's what everyone wanted to see happen for the Elric Brothers after everything they went through. Also Arakawa apparently has a new series coming soon...I'm so going into stalker mode for that shit.

yeah. Brotherhood is based directly off the manga. The first anime drifts off into its own story. Arakawa already gave he studio doing the anime the ending, so it should end the same as well

Brillent ending for FMA. It kept my attention throughout the entire thing and the characters were awesome. I can't wait for their next manga.
I really liked the end with Ed and Winiry finally confessing but I loved how much taller Ed was when they hugged. But I adored the part when Ed went "I give up alchemy to save my brother!". What was your favourite part.

The ending was depressing then suddenly shot towards a happy end. I was very glad it didn't end on a bad note. And boy did Ed grow. LOL
