Description
Although this will never work, I think that it is an interesting idear for a slum upgrade.provide them with a stirdy construction to build onto and expand. And by this create an open space for interaction.
Problems are that in slums space is priceless and the open spaces will be build closed in no time.
back to the drawing board....
