for the Caine & Gavan contest held by:holy last minute entry batman
i drew these guys before for an arttrade 9-9 so i wanted to do something different... it's more.. weird and ethereal with some kinda freaky gooey city background.. and i wanted it to be a lot more painterly and have some kinda of paint texture to it. I guess. And be glowy. Glowy's always good.

I love the colour tones, they're so... strong and yet kind of bleak. It's looking great. I love how the light falls and well... just the light in general. I like the poses and just general air... and that hair... about them. Enjoyable work!

The lighting on Caine's face makes him look amazingly cool, almost like a seme but we all know Gavan wears the pants in the relationship lol.
