here's what happened when I decided I wanted to learn how to do photo manipulation - after scouring the web for hours, possibly even days (not consecutively, silly) I finally found some decent tutorials, and this piece is based on probably one of the most recognizable tutorials on the web, at [ idigitalemotion.com ]. it's also my first attempt at macabre manipulation - so here's my take on it anyways.

ps: the site says explicitly, twice even, not to recreate his artwork and submit it as your own... I'm pretty sure this doesn't count, I simply used the same stock photo as a base. *shrug*
