Kiriban for Congrats! Nekkid Neji for ya!But I'm not really happy with this. My stupid Copic marker died on me during this picture, which is why the colouring looks horrible. And 'Neji' doesn't even look like Neji. I couldn't draw his clothes so I made him nakked. XD And the only reason why he's still wearing that stupid headband is because that's the only thing that looks Neji-ish. ><
Pah, bad picture. I'll try to do better next time..
