Just a fun idea I had. Here's some info!Just like most Gasters, SR!G fell into the CORE and ended up in the Void. After quite a while, he found a way out. However, he seems to have left half his mind in there... Sometimes he's just the normal former Royal Scientist, but then other times he seems completely insane. This version of Gaster doesn't appear in SRtale until very, very late in the story.
He doesn't use sign language anymore, but he writes everything he says down. So you have to know Wingdings to understand him.
The main thing he did in the Void was take notes on his AU. After getting out, he started following Rift (SR!Sans) around taking notes on different AUs.
The Wingdings say "I am goop". This is to signify his insanity. He also became more sanguine once he got back to reality. (He used to be very melancholy)
I'm also testing out a new style. It's taken a few tries, but I think I'll stick with this one. It's fun and very convenient for me to draw.
