They were raised by Bearfoot, who found the kit by a dead slave, she knew she would never be pregnant and didnt wanted
cats finding out, she took the kit and managed by some miracles to fool everyone that its hers. she named it Muddykit, and the kit was her
pride and joy. no one suspected a thing besides a scarred slave named Tusk. who threw a fit over the kit being highranked, how it doesn't deserve it while they suffer, and attacked the kit. Bouldershell killed Tusk in rage over his kit being harmed, he didnt questioned what Tusk meant, as the slave was known to be rather delusional and grumpy. Muddykit managed to recover but lost their leg

something about that almost made them want to throw up, they felt uncomfortable at the thought of being stuck like that..luckily their mother noticed so, and due to her priviledge- Muddypaw was made healer's trainee.
