Apologies for the late birthday message, she was out celebrating with her family

"Hi everyone! I hope you are all doing well! I know it's been a long time since I've last seen my friends, but everything has been going very well for me! I got me a part-time job, I am staying at a nice house with three other people, and have been going to my therapy appointment from time to time for a daily check in. Taking a mental break was a great choice for me, because of, certain things were happening in my mind, with the unfortunate events occurring causing negativity to take over...But other than that, I'm already starting to get back on track! Mental Health...is not a destination, but a process to recovery. It's about how you drive, not where you're going. Don't ever be afraid to reach out to your family and friends how you're physically feeling, mentally feeling, or both as a matter of fact. As long as you keep on believing yourself everyday, many good things will come in your way! I am already missing you all so much, but I will be back very soon! Huge thanks to my mom and my older brother Josh J for always checking on me, and special thanks to my cousin DJ (Devon)! I cherish the you more than possible, and I am so proud to call you my family!
