Once there was Pangu the creator of earth, he had four animal servants the Dragon, Phoenix, Qilin and the Turtle.Now 4 people have the power of each of the animals.
The Occult Emperor originally has the power of the Phoenix, but he got corrupted by Chaos.
Now all he wants is to use his power for personal gain.
