I wish I could cosplay Rin enough to justify her, but she's so cheery and energetic... <3
Rin and Len, the Kagamine twins. They are literally "mirror sound" meaning that they are mirror images of each other, Len being the reflection.
Rin and Len are from Vocaloid Act 02. Aren't they adorable?
