Backstory (shortened): He was born to Sokovia Cipher I and Serenity Cipher, and raised in a psychosis, until he was age twenty-seven, helping his father to his evil deeds and ends. When he was ten, on the day of the birth of his younger brother, he saw his mother killed. It awoke some sort of fire in him, that has only grown over the years. When he was seventeen, he briefly dated Nitro, and though it ended badly, they have come back to each other in recent years and have fallen deeply in love once again, now married. It is, in fact, she that snapped him out of his psychosis in 2030, that and his father's false death leading to Bill's defeat and the end of the Second Cipher War. He is the god of lies, and an active member of the Rebellion to this day.
