Description
Graduation, from what I could tell while covering it, has nothing to do with the students. For all it's bells and whistles, for all it's capes and capers graduation will always be about the parents and their unassailable unwillingness to treat their child like an adult for one last day. All I saw all day was parents directing their children all over the campus, telling them what and what not to eat fussing over and over their appearance...It was quite funny in a way. Definitely amusing to watch. I feel this photo more or less sums up everything I saw that day in a nutshell.
