BEAST WARS YAY!

Yeah, well, humanized!Beast Wars. Whatever. Robots are friggin' hard to draw, especially BW robots, and... well, I just like humanizing non-human things. Deal.

So it's Waspinator. The cutest, goofiest, most admirable Predacon in Transformers history. Yes, admirable. I mean, yes, he's as dumb as a rock and talks like some bizarre five-year-old, but his determination is very admirable, and he's not as dumb as he seems, really. I mean, hey, he was one of the first of the Beast Warriors to figure out their location, wasn't he? And he has some witty jokes and he can backstab as good as anyone else (he wasn't exactly an aid to Quickstrike during his trial in Other Victories). But yeah, either way, he's awesome and I heart him so.

Here, he's playing with the Transmetal II device. You know, that glowing ball thing that got passed around a lot like a hot potato, made a lot of trouble and magically revived people? That. It was never shown how or when did Megatron get it, but I always assumed that Waspinator found it. He probably took it because it was shiny, and Waspy likes shiny things. Bet he was disappointed when he came back to the Darkside and Megs swiped the device to investigate it.

Human!Waspinator is all childish. But tall-ish. Really, Robot!Waspinator wasn't one of the biggest of the cast in Robot Mode, but he wasn't one of the smallest. He was taller than Rattrap (well, that's not hard. Everyone is taller than Rattrap), Blackarachnia, Airrazor, Cheetor and Quickstrike, and he was around the same size as Terrorsaur and Scorponok and Tarantulas (not Transmetal Tarantulas, though TM Ranty wasn't that much taller).
