you shoved katsuki's phone in his face, the screen revealing lewd messages a girl sent to him. he gaped at you, then growled and snatched his phone back. "why the fuck did you have my phone?!" he snarled. your eyebrows furrowed more. "i, actually, was minding my own fucking business when your phone screen lit up and some girl messaged you 'baby? where are you?' what the fuck am i supposed to do?! leave that alone?! i'm your fucking girlfriend!" you yelled. "does it look like i was messaging her back?! you're so fucking quick to jump to conclusions! if your assuming ass payed any attention, i hadn't messaged her back at all! it's just some slut wanting to get into my pants!" he yelled back louder.

"don't give me that shit!" you yelled back, equally as loud. "there are obviously messages of her replying to stuff you've said, but you deleted your messages! do i look fucking dumb?! and look at the contact name! deku?! like midoriya would betray me like that!" you were practically screaming at this point. "will you let me explain-!"

"if you don't love me enough to be loyal, and to lie to me like this, then maybe we shouldn't even be together if all you want to be with is a slut!"

"fine, then! maybe we shouldn't!" katsuki screamed.

your face immediately relaxed into a face of horror and sadness. once katsuki realized what he said, his nasty scowl immediately replaced with a scared face. "wait, {name}-" "fine, then." you said, turning around and walking to the door. "{name}, no, let me explain-"

"goodbye, katsuki."

it's been two days after your breakup with katsuki, and you've been hysterical. you immediately called your best friend todoroki, and he wasted no time coming to your house with some treats to comfort you. you cried in his arms, explaining what happened. shotuo thought for a moment. "well," he said, pulling away slightly, but not taking his hands off your arms. "if katsuki was willing to explain himself, then maybe there was something else going on besides cheating." he said. shouto himself hated katsuki, but he hated seeing you this upset more. he wanted to help as much as he can.

you sniffed. "maybe," you started, rubbing your eyes. "or maybe he was just going to lie. he made her contact name deku, as in midoriya. he'd rather give his number to a homeless person than to midoriya." you said, taking large spoonfuls of icecream into your mouth. todoroki thought again. "you're right." he said. "i'm sorry. come to work with me tomorrow, yeah? kirishima, midoriya, uraraka and i will be there to comfort you. it'll be better than sitting in the darkness all day mourning." he said, rubbing on your arm in a comforting manner. at least he hoped it was comforting. he gave a small smile when you nodded, rubbing your nose on your sleeve.

"yeah, okay."

after you walked out of his apartment, katsuki punched a giant hole into his wall, screaming a string of curse words. he furiously wiped the tears that fell down hsi face. "dammit," he cursed, sitting down on his couch. "dammit!" he screamed, throwing his phone across the room, watching it shatter and fall on the ground. he looked down at his coffee table, specifically at a picture of you and him in front of a river, smiling. he didn't stop the tears that ran down his face as he sobbed.

"dammit, dammit, dammit.."

you were sweeping the floor of the small cafe you worked at when he walked in. your back was faced to the door, but katsuki recognized that unique shade of {hair color} anywhere. he was stopped by kirishima when he tried to walk over to you. "bakubro!" kirishima called out, waving to his friend. katsuki clicked his tongue and walked over to the ordering counter kirishima was leaning on. he noticed him give a nervous look to {name} before looking back at him. "what happened with you two?" kirishima asked, lowering his voice. "she thinks i cheated on her. and i don't blame her." katsuki sighed. kirishima nodded. "you're a lot of things, bakubro, but i know you aren't a cheater." he said. katsuki only scoffed at the comment, and looked over to you.

his eyes widened as todoroki walked over to you, grabbed your hand, and kissed it. your face immediately flushed and you frantically pulled your hand away from him. "s-shouto?!" you stuttered. shouto took a glance over at katsuki for a split second before looking back at you. "{name}, i have to tell you something." he said, taking the same hand he kissed in his own hand. "i love you." he said, making you blush. "s-shou-shou-to, y-you know about m-me and k-katsuk-i-" your words were broken as shouto kissed your hand. katsuki was shaking in rage. how dare that little shit! and right in my fucking face! "forget bakugo. i'm better than him, and i always will be." he said, leaning in to kiss you.

right before your lips touched his, katsuki snatched shouto away from you as hard as he could. shouto stumbled as he looked at katsuki with shocked eyes. "katsuki!" you said, surprised. "stay the fuck away from her!" katsuki shouted, holding you away from shouto. before you could protest, katsuki grabbed your hand and walked out of the cafe. "katsuki- what are you- why are you- i-" you were cut off when katsuki slammed his lips into yours. before you could pull away, he did, looking at you with a serious expression.

"{name}," he said. you stared at him. "i, did not, cheat on you. the girl, she was just some bitch i met when we went to your hometown to visit your family. bitch tricked me into giving her my number. she always texted me, never fucking left me alone. i did text stupid shit back to her, but it was just so maybe she'd leave me alone. she didn't. i deleted the messages i sent because i fucking felt guilty. i changed her contact name to fucking deku's name so you wouldn't worry." he sighed, and your eyes widened to the size of saucers as you saw tears well in his eyes. the katsuki bakugou on the verge of tears because he feels guilty.

"{name}, i'm so sorry. i'd never cheat on you with a stupid slut. i love you so much." he said, his voice cracking. you reached your hand to his face and wiped his tears. "it's okay, katsuki. i'm sorry, i should've let you explain yourself. next time i will." you softly said, pulling him into a hug. you rubbed comforting circles on his back and he stroked your hair softly. "there won't be a next time." he said, pulling away to kiss you. you pulled away after a while. "forgive me?" he asked. "forgiven." you smiled, pecking him on his lips.

you glaced back into the window of the cafe, gaping as you saw shouto holding a thumbs up, mouthing a "you're welcome."
