I don't know this is going to be the final design but it is cool.

I'd find this hilarious if it were actually how each individual head looked; like all three of them on one body. The one on the left looks like it has a beard, the middle one looks younger, or shaved, and the right one looks older, and kind of saggy.
Left Head: "I'm telling you man; the chicks dig the face-fuz."
Middle Head: "Are you kidding? Only older-guys have beards."
Right Head: "Hey you young punk; you should respect your elders...I wish I'd done more with my life..."

Since he will likely use the left and right head as the main manipulation tool, i think the left and right head should be a fake head, i mean that those are actually tentacles that resemble heads to confuse it's prey

The right one looks too much like Legendary Godzilla's head modified to be Ghidorah-like. Definitely liking the first two options, though.

I think the middle one is probably the best, and so is the left one. Maybe a fusion of the two with the mane/beard.
