Description
My protest against Rukia´s abscence goes on.I´ve always wondered if Rukia knew she was doomed the moment she gave Ichigo her powers. My feeling is that she did know... because even when she was all badass and strong willed around Ichigo, she always wore that sad glint on her eyes... and before Renji came, she wore it even when she was around the rest of the guys...
That dark and doomed shine was the one that drew me to her...

Siempre me he preguntado si Rukia sabía que estaba condenada en el momento en que le dio sus poderes a Ichigo. Yo siento que sí lo sabía... porque aunque siempre era así toda dura y recia cerca de Ichigo, siempre traía ese brillo triste en sus ojos... y antes de que Renji apareciera, lo empezó a traer aún alrededor de los demás...
Ese brillo oscuro, de sentencia fue el que me acercó a ella...

I really do love this style of drawing. I love to this with photography personally, one thing I would love to see is one of these pictures with the blue of her eyes along with the blood. I think it would be very beautiful!!!

Wow, this is amazing! I agree with you, I'm pretty sure she new the entire time that she was doomed, one of the things that I love most about her after the SS arc is that it seems a huge burden has been lifted off of her, the sad glint is gone, thankfully, I'm not sure how much more of those puppy-dog eyes I could take XD

Fortunately for all of us, Kubo knew the exact measure of it, and stopped at the perfect moment.... something that has been missing with Orihime though.

I love how her eyes are so jaded. It's as if the facade has escaped her and she doesn't bother to keep her lids open wide. She hides behind her lowered lashes in silent acknowledgement of her fate. Very nice, my friend. Very nice indeed!

Yeah, her eyes are as if she´s fighting to keep her cool, and not break appart for the knowledge of her life coming close to an end. I wonder if she thought of Kaien at that moment? of how that was okay with her and that she might finally find peace on her soul? A silent acknowledgment of her fate, as you put it.
