So I've had my Wacom Intuous tablet and CP5 for about a week now and I feel like I am really starting to get the hang of it. I'm also getting more familiar with the different tools available to digital painting and how they interact with each other. Just in the ~4 hours it took to complete this I feel like I learned so much. You can tell this is my first attempt at painting mountains haha I guess I didn't watch enough Bob Ross growing up. I was really focusing on learning in this painting. This is my largest piece I've ever done and it is also the first one where I actually tried to create a lighting effect with shadows, a decent background, foreground and multiple layers.
