Description

“On Final Approach” is an original I have wanted to paint for some time now. I have actually started this painting twice over the last ten years and never been happy with its progression. About a month ago I was cleaning out my studio and stumbled on the half painted piece from many years ago and instantly became very excited to paint this piece. The inspiration photo shows the initial photograph that inspired the piece, geese were a natural selection for the subject matter as they nested there yearly.
