Personality
William is calm, loyal to Derek Payne while having good humor and at times, a formidable fighter. Despite that, he does have a heart of gold and cares for Derek Payne and even other people such as Lori, Jason, etc. Despite usually cleaning and maintaining Derek’s house, he does like being called on to be involved in a physical battle due to the excitement since he doesn’t get involved as much. He is almost like a second father figure, especially to Jason Drake since William always motivates someone like Jason. He is pretty much a neat freak due to making sure everything in Derek’s house is exactly the way it is before cleaning. Despite originally being an A.I was then an android created by Derek, the way he cares for others would make anyone consider him to be their father figure due to his personality.

As an Android
Genius-level Intellect: Due to originally an artificial intelligence from another world and now an android with the very same A.I in his robot brain, he is able to learn inhumanely quickly and download data right to his mind and refer to any of them at any time. He is also capable of rapid analysis of huge amounts of data.
Master Combatant: Since it’s programmed into his A.I to fight anyone that poses a threat to him or his allies, he is made to be a highly trained hand-to-hand fighter.
Arm Blaster: In some situations, he can transform either of his arms into a strong gun-like weapon which can arrange from a three-burst machine gun, a sniper which can either shoot rubber bullets, a plasma cannon, or even a rocket launcher.
Superhuman strength: Naturally an android has to be stronger than organic beings, he can stop a speeding vehicle or hurl a heavy object.
Superhuman durability: Of course, he is very durable since, after all, he is an android which means he can withstand immense blunt force trauma or be in extremely high altitudes but anyone stronger than William can still deal damage to his android body
Master Parkour: Of course, this was built into his A.I after his android form was made, when in his android form meaning he can get through obstacles that are too high, too wide, or too slippery like it’s nothing.
Enhanced speed: He basically goes around 50 mph which is faster than Derek’s base speed if he were to chase someone in a car, he can catch up to that person.

Computer interaction: He is able to enter any computer network to allow him to download and gather information.
Technology Manipulation: If he manages to control any kind of technology, it is basically at his disposal capable of controlling any tech of their kind, meaning he can control any unfriendly technology.
Bio
Before Derek’s arrival at Mobius, he was simply an A.I who was created by him as an experiment to see if it’s possible to make an A.I that could think like a sentient being, even feel emotions and think like one. After being programmed to be loyal but share good values that the Olyhemians believe in. experiment was a success but something was missing which is that William wanted a body to know what it is like to be a sentient being since he thinks and feels emotions like one. But his wish would come true when Derek finally went to Mobius by teleporting himself while he took William’s A.I on a storage device in order to take William with him to that planet. After the war against the Eggman Empire(events of Forces), Derek built William’s android body before installing William’s A.I into that body and after the process, William finally felt the closest thing to what it’s like to be a sentient being. Ever since, he became more than just Derek’s android butler that takes care of his house while Derek is on his mission but also he can assist him and his allies if he’s ever needed on a mission either from home or in person.

Issac Payne: Before William's arrival to Mobius with Derek, he sees Issac Payne as an respectful person.
Derek Payne: He sees him more as a creator but as a friend as well.
Lori the Hedgehog: Like Derek, William also sees her as a friend.
