Going back to the Fallout arc in Dimensional Avengers to showcase Slade and his men of Alpha-Omega, a heavily feared and respected Militaristic faction that controls much of the Wastelands. Their rule has not been challenged, as some would say that some people are to frightened to take them on.

The reason slade and his men have all these pre-nuclear blast weapons and tech is because they have found large stockpiles left behind from the old armed forces. They have California, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Colorado, Wyoming, Nevada, New Mexico, Arizona and Texas under their rule.

These states make up what his known as the Omega Bloc.
Alpha Omega is also known to bully and pillage Settlements and forcibly conscript young men and women into its Army, and will kill anyone who attempts desertion.

However, One faction lead by a certain Decepticon Leader have challenged the Militia for control of the Wastelands....
