Vortex is built to be the ultimate criminal mastermind. Her intelligence is so advanced, she even realizes she's a creation of Herotoditus, another one of my characters.
She was meant to rival all the other criminal masterminds and make them look like jokes or fools. But there is one rival who has the exact same intelligence as she has, Phantomgeist.
Vortex will be voiced by Kathleen Barr who played as Gali from Bionicle: Mask of Light, Roodaka from Bionic Web of Shadows, Wheezie, Max and Emmie's mother, and Ord's mother from Dragon Tales, Misako from Ninjago, Botanica from Beast Machines: Transformers, and Gelorum from the Hotwheels Highway 35 movie and the Hotwheels: AcceleRacers film saga.
