The Starters for this region will be based on warriors from Norse Mythology. Those being the Úlfhéðnar (Wolf), Berserker (Bear) and Svinfylking (Boar)
The Wolf will be a Grass type Pokémon and evolve into a Grass/Dark type.
The Bear will be a Fire type Pokémon and evolve into a Fire/Steel type.
The Boar will be a Water type Pokémon and evolve into a Water/Fighting type.
