"taking my ideas" All ideas are always licensed if CN uses them. Humans can fabrication ideas that may be mutual, but that does not give you any legal right to say that they took them from you or another source. Hire you? Do you have college degrees? Java, HTML5, Graphic Art etc. If not i'd assume you would not make it even to an internship.

I do have a question? What of ideas of yours has cartoon network accepted? It is always interesting to hear.
However more focused on the banner.
I love the effects and character on the banner. What you had done with ben and your character are quite nice, however there are a few things i have an issues with, The first thing is that you used an actual fusionfall banner. I just would like to point out, that this banner has copyrights on it, so technically it's considered art theft posting. I am not going to go on a rampage about it, nor will i ridicule you for it, but in my personal opinion since you don't own the rights to that banner and since you had so well with your character. I think It would have been a little more interesting if you were to reuse the same effects but actually had drawn Ben. I see a space background as well, I think it looks extremely well for the background but i'm a little concerned as to where you had gotten it.... I would only wish that it isn't from google images..... I do however once again would like to point out that if you had gotten it just randomly browsing through deviantart or from google images that there is a chance that the image is probably protected through copyrights. It would be in your best intrest, if you had not done so, to seek out "Stock" images for this process. Stock Images can be used for achieving your look you are wanting. You can locate stock either by here on deviantart or one sites such as "Http://www.sxc.hu" and "[link] " Be sure that when you do so you read the Licensing information and credit where it is due, either in the artist comment box, or on the actual picture itself. Other than that, i mean visually i like it, I just had wished you hadn't used copyright images to achieve your effects. Visually if you had owned the rights or had gotten permission to do so with it, i think this piece would be outstanding. Just remember you need to start crediting the source of where you had gotten your images. (Linking Photos to Photobucket does not count as crediting them, this is not saying you have done it, i personally have seen it here on deviantart way to many times.)
I hope this is a considered as a helpful critique more than it is hurtful. I really do like the design, and i feel you have a strong gift and passion. Keep up the good work with your character and look forward to seeing your new designs.

ah, the BG is mine, so is Alex, and i downloaded the Fusionfall webkit from Fusionfall, it had the logo, planet fusion, and Ben in it so 
oh and i'm sure the idea stealing is just my awesomeness channeling into the brains of CN and is just ironic, but i'm paranoid so XD

well, i was talking about how Six should have an episode of his own, and comes friday, it's all about Six. And how he's kinda Jap. Then the Ben 10 final showdown episode had Albedo, when I was saying how they should do something with Albedo soon...THEY STALK MEH!!!!
