I think taking a shower after a sad, lonely or just stressful day is the best way to calm down. I pictured this guy suffering from a break up with his girlfriend, and I tried to give him a melachony expression. It's really difficult to draw water... But hey! I tried. I'm definitely going to do more research into drawing liquids digitally.
