effects used: RayCast, Diffusion7, LightBloom (with DirtMap), FilmGrainA section from Rooftop Run, Act 2, converted for MMD. Split into five parts, with an optional "Tower" part as a background decoration.
Possibly a heavy model.
To move all parts at once, parent all root bones to a dummy bone.
