Description
As I continued on my way to Jubilife City, I passed a ranch that had some Turtwigs in a pen. This brought back memories of when my Arapuka was still just a tiny earth turtle himself. I still have the picture I made of him running to me.

They are born without a shell on their back, so the mother Torterra will help them build their first shell. From that point on, Turtwig will maintain its own shell by adding soil to it as necessary.
Turtwigs are often found living near lakes as they require large amounts of water, as well as sunlight, to grow. A good sign of a Turtwigs health is a slightly moist shell, and the leaves on its head are fresh and full.
