This is Bip! She is a commander of magic. Dabbeling in all kinda but specialising in healing and light.
In this quiet scene something is brewing just beyond the horizon, although she, and everone else are blissfully unaware....

This is somewhat of a resubmisson. The original picture is here www.deviantart.com/deviation/6… < I wanted to re-submit it because I thought this new picture was sufficently different (and better) than the origanal to warrent a re-opening. Bip was my first proper drawing on the computor (besides oekaki) ever since I did the origonal one theres been qute a few things I've wanted to change, the first thing being the background, I was never happy with it, but at the time I had no idea what else to do XD now I think iv at least slight done it justice. I also completly re-did the face, much more anime looking now, although due to the akwward shape of the head it still looks a bit off, I think shes really cute now though ^-^ Also I completly tidied the image up and made varying line widths
Its weird and great to see how much i've improved, less than 5 month seaperates these pictures and I know iv improved a lot especialy in my completly new recent drawings

Looking at it now things are still off but overall I still like the image
