Only islands on the surface, but it goes so much deeper...That first part of love.
So sorry for not posting new art sooner! Been so busy with my convention schedule, then my laptop decided to break when I got home! I was not a happy bunny, luckily I got my data back (remember to back up guys) and laptop was repaired. Plenty more new stuff on the way now though
Just got to move house this weekend, then I'm on it ;DI am pleased with how the iceberg turned out in this, not so much the people, wanted them to be in a different style to the BG but couldn't get them quite as meshed as hoped.

Wow, funny thing is, I remember that in middle school, a guy came in for 2 days to teach us about "respecting diversity" and stuff like that. He used an "iceberg" example to describe how "deep" people are, and how different they might be on the surface.

the iceberg is sort of menacing. What if it breaks up! It will tilt and tumble throwing the occupants... apart? together? You seem to be good at creating art with many interpretations!

Wow... I've seen pictures of glaciers and how the saying 'Sometimes things are only the tip of the ice burg' is sometimes used for it, but this really gives the concept a new twist to it. It fits so well and it just... Wow.. This is beautiful in more ways than one. As meaningful and beautiful as this piece is, I have to say, the way you've coloured the bit of the ice under the water is absolutely gorgeous; all those shades of blue are just... Amazing.

I am 1200 miles away from my boyfriend, so this picture speaks in a different way to me. Even if the connection isn't surface (physical) the bond is definitely there.
