Working out how to understand and love yourself can be the most tricky of things. Like trying to solve a rubik's cube when you're colour blind.Sophie is colour blind, and is trying to figure out how to solve her cube, for her, her own identity feels like a cube with not enough sides...
Wanted to be quite simple with colours on this, not so happy with her eyes, but I enjoyed using all that blue!

Y'know, in my opinion identity varies from person to person, and in times such as these it's getting harder to know who we truly are at least for some, because our conscience is so bombarded by everyday questions that exist inside of ourselves, which leads to try and find happiness in all the wrong places, but I suppose that once happiness fits in and overcomes those questions it's pretty easy to go with a sense of purpose in our lives. Really good artwork.

i just got back on d.a. your drawing was the first i clicked on. i haven't drawn anything in a long time but this drawing and listening to Hidden-margin's reference to rubiks cube gave me an inspiration. i wrote down a little animation i like to bring out and it may take me awhile to make it but with your permission i would like to do so.i have work that takes alot of my time but i could have a very rough sketchwork in gif format in maybe a week or 2. i really want to do this and see my little daydream of your drawing come to life. send me a email if i can do this or not. kingofthewired@gmail.com
