She sees the world a little differently, fascinated by the life which occupies her clothing; though anyone else looking just sees a blue hoody and a girl daydreaming. What do you see?Dedicated to all the fascinating people I've met through my artwork, especially through conventions. They pop into my life for only a few moments really, but often leave deep impressions on me. Talking to so many people, with so many different backgrounds and lives and hopes for the future is very inspiring. People are a world, and I'm happy so many invite me to explore theirs. You all have such beautiful and creative minds. So this girls intriguing portrait is a homage to all you all

This is enchanting and mesmerizing in every single aspect!!!!! I see a whole new world, one that lingers between the seams of reality-her world, waiting just beyond our reach to show us the sort of wonders it holds within, and to help us remember the wonders that we see and often take for granted in every day of our lives. I see a message that says: Every day is special, because every day is a gift. Don't take it for granted and think that you'll always see the same thing tomorrow, because you never see the very same thing twice. Everything changes from day to day; when and how you see it is up to you and whether or not you see that wondrous world-her world-lying in wait between the seams of this world.

I love this concept and the meaning behind it. Out of interest, will you be going to any MCM Expos in the near future? If you do get a stall or something at one of them, I'd very much like to buy some of your prints again as your work is always so meaningful and easy to relate to as well as beautiful to look at

WOW! i think it all i can say just wow first of all what an idea!! It's almost something straight out of mythology! It's just amazing! Second of all the style.... i'm just blown away i mean really you've developed sooo much and it really really shows with this one! It's just amazing how you develop and the results of that development! it's unbelievable! I can't really find the words to describe how amazing you are with your art i don't know what to call it other than just beyond any expectation i had.
I'm guna start with the negative this time cause there is not much and there is so much good about this picture. The arms i agree with you just don't seem to match up to the body in away sort of too far back and in by the looks of it. The fish welllll depends what you were going for i think the colours and the shapes seem good but cause of your mixed style the anime side of it sort of gives them that not real look which is fine cause of the anime influence but i think the one which is the most sort of problematic is the one on the body at the right the shaping of it at the angle it's at seems to be off.
As for background ok there isn't one but sometimes you don't always need one it would be good for you to do work on back grounds cause you do such good ones as well i feel. I don't like the colour particularly but then this is a personal choice for me it doesn't do too much to the picture in terms of making it look bad but maybe a sort of dark shade of blue to accompany it. I feel the zip just needs a tad of detail to make it just a bit sharper. There is a curved line at the bottom of her hoodie it make it look like she's invisible it looks like it's the definition of the back of the hoodie the blurb doesn't mention this so if the blurb wasn't there i would assume that's what it would do but then art is all about interpretation by the viewer right?
Anyway the positives The eyes are soooo detailed it's just fantastic so much too look at in the eyes they seem very real it's great. The whole face works soo well in this style i think cause of the eyes although being pretty big work cause of the detail in them to sort of explain their size. The nose and mouth both look like they are real like it's just stuck them on from someones face fantastic job.
I love the fibreoptic glow you get form the edges of the hoodie a really nice touch! The hair dipping into the hoodie fantastic great idea it sort of gives the impression that it's water and is something solid once again something mythological. The water ripples where the fishes head is poking out is so well done it's just spot on. I love the colours and the shades used they match sooo well. So to round up this critique i think your development to this style is spot on i feel the percentage of of the mix is really good just be careful not to get too real with it or you might end up losing your style in a picture but that's if that happens. It's quite astonishing how you've progressed into this and i can't see where your going to go from this for development but that's just me i'm not saying you can't develop more cause you can an i know you will cause you always do. This is a really good picture it's really well done but i really think you've got the style you are after obviously you will feel the need to tweak it but i think you have reached what you were looking for i really do. You shouldn't say this is a bad picture due to the negative bits nothing is perfect remember. I think this is one of your best pieces so far you should be very proud of what you've achieved in this one it's ground breaking for you!

I really want that hoodie now! This looks so beautiful and very full of light. I always love to see when your girls look free and happy, I remember when they weren't so joyous. While we never talked personally it always feels like we do through your art work. Again I am glad to see the joy and light in your artwork.

A pair of sharp, alert, cantious eyes of a cornered animal and a sweet, friendly joyful smile togeter on a single face. She seems like she's trying to convince me that everything is perfectly okay, but at the same time she knows there are some perfect reasons to be wary and afraid of that fish
