It's very brave of you to post the lineart for a piece that meant so much to you. I'm really glad you did though. It has a pretty deep range of emotions, so I think it would be a good lineart to practice using different colour schemes to change the mood with. Into my folder of linearts I've got to get around to colouring . . . it's high up on the list as soon as I get time! Anyway, thank you very much for sharing with us.

Why are you offering this up for coloring?
It's one of my favorite of your works and I think it's just perfect as is. Putting it up as a lineart seems like you've stuck it on the end of a fishing rod and are holding it above a tank of art theifs 0~0;
Plus no matter how good another artist may be, the coloring really is perfect and any attempt to change it would ruin it in my eyes
But each to their own I guess, just hate to see something bad happen to this picture /3

I appreciate your concern, it's sweet
Yes, this is a piece that's very personal to me, but I enjoy seeing how others interpret it. People have specifically requested this lineart to try colouriing. When I was starting out I used to colour other peoples lines as a tool to get better so I really like to pass my lines onto other young artists.
I don't really see how posting the lineart will encourage theives... to be honest I'm happy for people to use my art however they see fit as long as its non-commercial and they give credit. Art theirfery isn't really something I worry about and in all the cases its happened to me (which is many) its been quicky sorted and is generally someone naieve rather than malicious.
